My name is Marvin and I run a small restaurant in a little suburb just outside Sydney. My bistro opens from 4pm to 10pm, 6 nights a week and for that kind of working hours I do fairly well. I'm also the chef and I retain the services of two waitresses per night to help me. The waitresses usually are university college students who are in search of extra earnings, mostly Asians college students and the majority of are quite pleasant. Five months back a student from Thailand, Nina, started doing work for me. She had accomplished her degree four months ago majoring in English and now waiting for her fiancée to accomplish his before they both return.
